This is more than a great workout. GOAL personal training programs are about providing the one-on-one attention you deserve so you can achieve what matters most to you. Our coaches create customized personal training plans that draw upon our core principles and foundations to help people succeed.

We want to help people achieve their goals, regardless of what they might be. With this in mind, our performance coaches seek to understand each person’s unique needs, provide personalized attention, and offer support along the way.

The design of each one-on-one training session is based on an initial consultation and previous sessions. GOAL performance coaches will adjust plans when needed, whether it means scaling back because of injury, ramping up because a goal has been surpassed, or providing additional motivation when it is needed most.

At 44 years of age, I looked in the mirror and I did not like what I saw. “Father Time” and life had caught up to a once proud, fit, athletic individual and I realized it was time for a change. Sure I tried getting in shape myself… running on the treadmill and going to the gym, but I was undisciplined… Go for a week or 2 and take a month off….. go for another week and take a few weeks off…. I had no real direction. I knew I couldn’t do it on my own. It all changed when I walked into a gym and met Z. On the very first day – he asked me what I wanted to gain by training with him and wanted to know my goals. And after one workout, I knew I found the man who could transform me. Most trainers just have a certain “cookie cutter” workout…. not Z. Just when I get comfortable with a workout – BOOM – Z changes it to challenge me. Over the last 3 years of training 3 days a week with Z, I look and feel better than I did when I was 25 years old! But what impresses me most about Z is his passion for fitness and those he trains.

There is an old saying, “no one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.” Z cares. If you are serious about getting in shape and you want someone to help you get there… I can think of no one who is better.
